Support & Refund Policy
ArtifactPilot Support and Refund Policy Effective Date: May 22, 2026 Version: 1.1 Publisher: NH Media LLC This policy summarizes support and refund handling for ArtifactPilot. It supplements the ArtifactPilot End User License Agreement and any marketplace or merchant-of-record terms that apply to your purchase. 1. Support channels Support is provided through the contact method listed on the ArtifactPilot product page, marketplace listing, purchase receipt, invoice, or documentation. If you purchased through CodeCanyon/Envato, use the support process provided through Envato unless the listing directs you elsewhere. If you purchased through Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, or another platform, use the support channel stated on that product page or receipt. 2. What standard support may include Standard support may include help with installation questions, activation issues, license-key or purchase-code troubleshooting, reproducible bug reports, documentation clarification, and guidance on ArtifactPilot's intended workflow. 3. What support does not include Support does not include custom development, custom cleanup-rule writing, data recovery, source-code recovery, operating system repair, antivirus configuration, project consulting, hands-on administration of your computer, remediation of unsupported environments, or restoration of files you approved for cleanup. 4. Required information for support When contacting support, include your ArtifactPilot version, operating system version, purchase platform, purchase code or license key if applicable, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots or logs may help, but do not send source code, credentials, private keys, protected health information, client data, secrets, or sensitive files unless specifically requested and appropriate. 5. Refunds Refund eligibility is controlled by the purchase channel, applicable marketplace policy, merchant-of-record policy, mandatory law, and the terms displayed at checkout. CodeCanyon/Envato refund requests should be handled through Envato's refund process. Lemon Squeezy or other merchant-of-record purchases should be handled through the applicable merchant-of-record/customer-portal process when available. This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights, mandatory marketplace refund procedures, or merchant-of-record obligations. NH Media LLC may provide additional refund terms on a product page, checkout page, listing, receipt, or written purchase agreement. 6. Safety reminder ArtifactPilot is a review-first cleanup assistant. Users are responsible for reviewing scan results, risk labels, dry-run previews, paths, warnings, and confirmations before approving cleanup. ArtifactPilot is designed to move approved items to the Recycle Bin/Trash when available, but Recycle Bin/Trash behavior can vary by system configuration.
